What are these drawings?
Every drawing on this page is a production order that has been made and shipped. Each one carries the dimensions the tool was machined to, the steel grade, the heat treatment and the tolerance class, exactly as the order was released to the shop floor.
- Drawings are reproduced as issued, including dimension lines and tolerance blocks.
- Customer names and commercial terms are not shown; the geometry is the point.
- Use them to check what a complete specification looks like before you send yours.
What specifications do these orders share?
Across the orders in this library the same core specification recurs, because it is what the tooling is actually machined and heat-treated to.
| Item | Specification as drawn |
|---|---|
| Material | 42CrMo4 |
| Standard hardness | HRC 47±2° |
| Linear tolerance | ±0.01 mm |
| Coarse tolerance | ±0.02 mm |
| Segment widths | 10–100 mm |
| Standard lengths | 415 / 835 mm |

Special profiles and heavy-duty work

Can a tool be made from a drawing like these?
Yes — a dimensioned drawing is the preferred way to order special tooling. If a profile on your machine matches one of the drawings above, reference it and the interface will be confirmed from the same dimensions.
- Send the drawing as PDF, with the tang or shank dimension shown.
- State the material, thickness range and bend radius you work with.
- State the quantity and whether segmented lengths are acceptable.
- If you have no drawing, the four measurements on the identification page plus a clamp photograph are enough to start.
How do I know the drawing will be followed?
The same drawing is used for machining, heat treatment, inspection and the outgoing report, so the dimensions you approve are the dimensions that are checked before packing.
- Drawing issued and confirmed with you before production.
- Material and heat treatment recorded against the order.
- Dimensional inspection against the drawing before packing.
- Outgoing photographs or video available on request.
